Raw Cacao Layered Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup mixed berries - Strawberries and Blueberries


  1. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk and raw cacao powder. Whisk thoroughly making sure that the seeds are mixed well. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes or overnight to thicken.
  2. Divide the chia pudding and coconut yoghurt between small bowls or jars into layers. Top with mixed berries. Enjoy!


Add: A drizzle of honey if you like it a bit sweeter

Additional Toppings: Crushed walnuts, Hemp Seeds or other seeds for some extra protein.

Yoghurt: Swap coconut yoghurt over to Greek yoghurt (Jalna).

Leftovers: You can double the recipe and pop the leftovers into the fridge for up to 5 days.
