Packages & Programs – A More Structured Way to Work With Me
I now offer a selection of Packages & Programs for clients who prefer a more structured approach to their naturopathic care.
These options bring together consultations, functional testing where included, comprehensive clinical analysis, personalised treatment planning and ongoing support — with a clear pathway and upfront understanding of what is included.
Current options include my Mineral Health Package, FoodFit 3-Month Program, Gut Health & Microbiome Package and Comprehensive Gut Health Program.
Prefer to take things one appointment at a time? Absolutely! Individual Naturopathy Consultations are still available, and testing is always optional.
Where supplements or herbal medicines are recommended, your personalised prescription is available through your secure client portal, allowing you to conveniently view and order your recommendations.
Not sure which option is right for you? You can also book a Complimentary 15-Minute “How to Work With Me” Call to help determine the most suitable place to start.

Low Libido in Women: Hormones, Mineral Imbalances & What Your Body Is Telling You
If your libido has changed and you’ve been told it’s “just stress”, “just hormones”, or “just part of getting older”, you’re not imagining things — and you’re not alone. Libido changes are often one of the body’s clearest signals that something deeper needs attention.
Libido is often discussed as a personality trait, a relationship issue, or something that naturally fades with age. In reality, libido reflects how supported, nourished, and regulated the body feels.
Whether libido is low, absent, fluctuating, or unusually high, these changes are not random. They are signals from the body that something deeper needs attention.
This is something I see regularly in clinic, across all life stages — not only during perimenopause or menopause.

Starting the New Year: Is Your Body Running Fast or Slow?
Start 2026 with a clearer understanding of your energy, stress, hormones and digestion as you transition into the new year. Many women find themselves feeling tired, anxious, bloated or “off” after the holidays — not because they lack motivation, but because their bodies are running in either a fast-paced (stress-driven) or slow (rebuilding) metabolic pattern. In this blog, I break down the signs of each pattern, explain how they affect your nervous system and digestive health, and share how Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) can be used to personalise your approach to nourishment, rest and healing. Together, we explore a gentler, physiology-aligned way to improve energy, calm the nervous system and support your whole body — including women’s health, hormones, digestion and children’s wellbeing — so you can feel balanced and energised all year long.

Gut Health: What If It’s Not SIBO? Exploring Other Root Causes of Bloating & Digestive Issues

Discover other causes such as, hormones, gastroparesis, nervous system dysregulation, mineral imbalances, parasites and fungal overgrowth which can contribute to gut issues. Is Viral Overload at the Root of Your Symptoms? Understanding EBV and Its Impact on the Body
Have you been feeling chronically tired, anxious, foggy-headed, or hormonally out of balance — even though your tests come back "normal"?
This blog explores the hidden world of viral overload, focusing on Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) and other lingering viruses like Herpes Simplex (HSV-1 and HSV-2), Ross River Virus, and Varicella-Zoster (chickenpox and shingles). Many women are unknowingly carrying a low-grade viral burden that may be disrupting:
-
Thyroid function (especially Hashimoto’s and hypothyroid)
-
Hormonal balance in perimenopause
-
Nervous system and mental wellbeing (anxiety, fatigue, insomnia)
-
Immune resilience and inflammation
-
Reproductive health and fertility
These viruses can go dormant and reactivate during stress, hormonal shifts, or burnout, creating a ripple effect across the whole body.
As a naturopath, I work with women to support their immune system, calm inflammation, and bring their bodies back into balance — naturally and holistically.
