Women's Health & Hormonal Support

Women’s Health & Hormonal Support
Gentle, personalised care for women navigating stress, hormonal change, fatigue, and nervous system imbalance.
Women’s health changes across the lifespan — from cycling years through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Along the way, stress, nutrition, gut health, mineral balance, sleep, and nervous system load all influence how the body feels and functions.
Many of the women I work with experience symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, irregular or heavy cycles, PMS, perimenopausal changes, sleep disruption, low mood, weight shifts, gut changes, or simply feeling “not themselves.” For some, testing hasn’t given answers, even though they still don’t feel right.
My approach is centred around understanding what your body may be communicating — not suppressing symptoms or forcing change. We look gently at the whole picture: hormones, nervous system function, mineral and metabolic balance, digestive health, stress history, environment, and day-to-day life.

Mini FAQ (Women’s Health)
Do I need to have a diagnosis before booking?
No — many women come to see me because they don’t yet have answers. We work together to understand what your body may be communicating.
Do you only see women?
I primarily support women, and I also work with men and older teens on a case-by-case basis.
Do I have to do testing?
Not at all. Testing is optional and only recommended when it may genuinely guide your care.
Can I continue working with my GP or specialist?
Yes — I’m very happy to support your existing medical care as part of a team-based approach.
Do you support perimenopause and menopause?
Yes — this is a key area of focus in my clinic.
Ready to feel more supported in your health?
If you’re experiencing hormonal changes, stress, fatigue, anxiety, or simply don’t feel like yourself, you’re welcome to book an appointment — either in-clinic or online. At Katrina Froome Naturopathy, I'll take the time to understand what’s happening in your body and move forward gently, at your pace.
