My Packages & Programs offer a more structured way to work with me while still providing the same personalised, evidence-informed naturopathic care.
Each option has been designed around some of the areas I commonly support in clinic, including gut health, digestive concerns, mineral health and personalised nutrition.
Not interested in a package or program? That's absolutely fine. You can still book an Initial Naturopathy Consultation and work with me one appointment at a time.

For persistent or more complex digestive concerns, sometimes we need to look a little deeper.
The Comprehensive Gut Health Program provides a structured pathway combining comprehensive microbiome testing with SIBO/IMO breath testing, detailed clinical analysis and ongoing naturopathic support.
This may be suitable for people experiencing ongoing concerns such as bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, excessive gas, abdominal discomfort or other persistent digestive symptoms where a more comprehensive investigation may be helpful.

You can book your consultation and we'll take things one step at a time.
Testing is always optional and can be discussed during your consultation if I feel it may provide useful information or if it's something you're interested in exploring.
There is no requirement to choose a package or program to become a client.

Package & Program Terms
Packages and programs are prepaid services and include the consultations and testing specified at the time of purchase.
Where a payment plan is available, the required initial payment must be received before functional testing is ordered.
Once functional testing has been ordered, the testing component of your package or program is non-refundable. Consultations, clinical analysis and other services already provided are also non-refundable.
Appointments included within packages and programs are subject to Katrina Froome Naturopathy's usual cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be considered used as part of the package or program.
Packages and programs are for the individual client named at the time of purchase and are not transferable.
Supplements, herbal medicines and additional testing are not included unless specifically stated.
Packages and programs are designed to be completed within their recommended timeframe. Reasonable flexibility is provided for illness, holidays and unexpected circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Personalised Care - Whichever Way You Choose to Work With Me
Whether you choose an individual consultation, package or program, my approach remains the same.
We'll look at your health as a whole, consider your symptoms and health history, and work together to create a plan that feels realistic and achievable for you.
Testing can provide valuable information, but it is only one piece of the picture. My role is to bring that information together with your individual health story and help determine the most appropriate next steps.
In-person consultations are available in Springfield Lakes, with online consultations available Australia-wide.
